RESIDENTIAL FIRE INSURANCE
That the premises to which this insurance applies shall be occupied solely as dwelling and that no manufacturing storage or trading of goods for commercial purposes shall be carried out within said premises.
COMPREHENSIVE PERSONAL LIABILITY (CPL):
The company will pay on behalf of the insured all sum which the insured shall become legally obligated to pay as damages because of bodily injury or property damage to which this insurance applies, caused by an occurrence, and the company shall have the right and duty to defend any suit against the insured seeking damages on account of such bodily injury of property damage, even in any of the allegations of the suit are groundless, false or fraudulent, and may take such investigations and settlement of any claim or suit as it deems expedient or to defend any suit after the applicable limit of the company’s liability has been exhausted by payments of judgments or settlements.
ACCIDENTAL DEATH, DISABLEMENT & DISMEMBERMENT BENEFIT:
The policy will pay deaths caused by acceidents and/or up to 100% of a person’s accident insurance converage in case of accident. Age Eligibility – 18 to 65 years old.
ACCIDENTAL DEATH DUE TO NATURAL CAUSES:
The policy will pay for death of a person due to Natural and Accidental causes.
